Drywall / Acoustical Ceilings
This course covers drywall installation and identifies the materials and methods used for constructing acoustical ceilings and grid systems. It will also review seismic codes, materials and construction requirements. Green building rating systems will be applied to selected acoustical and drywall materials. Students will complete a drywall-acoustical ceiling project using the techniques presented.
